Dec. 20th, 2008 12:02 pmI'm wearing a pair of slacks today that commit at least three fashion faux pas just by existing: they're eleven years old; the waistband sits at my waist; and the legs are somewhat tapered. (They're also an inch or so shorter than fashion dictates, and a shade of blue that isn't one of this year's colors.) They're much more comfortable than the more recent, lower-slung versions, if not particularly flattering. (Mind you, I don't think it's very flattering to have my shirt continually coming untucked, either.)

Really they will. This has meant I've been in boys' jeans for years. But hey. High waists are supposed to be back!
In any case, my T-shirts usually come below my waist anyway.
