All these were taken in about half an hour this lunchtime. There can't be that many places in the world where that would be possible.
Texas Mountain Laurel
The campus has quite a few of these, some as large as small trees. The flowers have a strong, almost pungent scent. I'd been wondering what they were for a while, and today a passerby identified them for me.
Flowering Cabbage
These make attractive foliage plants, but I don't think I'd seen one in flower before.
Snapdragon
OK, I admit it, I like these. They remind me of summers at home.
White Rose
This was close to the main gate and a busy driveway -- I had to perch rather precariously to get it.
Daffodils and Friends
I really wasn't expecting daffodils here!
Citrus Blossom
I'm still waiting for a really great shot of this -- maybe next week when more blossom is open. The scent of the opened ones is amazingly sweet.
