Yes, we had some sun today, though there was a chilly wind. I hope you get some soon -- it does make everything look better. Particularly spring flowers.
I was in the botanical garden on Sunday, but it was very cold and wet. They lost my favorite tree this winter - it had the most glorious autumn colours (I forget what exactly it was- American maple?), and I'm going to miss it.
I might make Blenheim on Saturday if it's not too cold.
So pretty! We're finally getting signs of spring too. I have a few crocuses in the front garden and I saw that the first daffodils were opening beside the rroad just where you turn off the bypass to come into town.
There are a lot of spring bulbs around here, in the verges (thanks to community projects) as well as the gardens. I haven't seen any daffodils open yet, just snowdrops and crocuses.
