I may have slightly overdone the shopping yesterday. I had to get up and take aspirin in the middle of the night because my left elbow was hurting so much, and I'm distinctly sore and stiff today. Maybe it will be better once I get moving; I hope so, because I do need to do laundry and pick up at least a few groceries, and a more general burst of domesticity wouldn't be a bad thing.
