It took a while because of the awkwardness of threading irregular chips and handling three strands of wire at once, but I got there in the end.
The design isn't wholly my own invention: I saw something similar at a stall on campus the other week, but with some purple stone, big teardrop-shaped silver beads and no pendant. I could have got the exact same beads -- maybe they used the same online supplier -- but I preferred the round ones.
I'm not sure this is something I'll want to wear in the middle of summer -- it's quite heavy, maybe half a pound -- but I like it.
