Cold -- if bright -- today. Heating in conference room not working right, so the maintenance folks rustled up a motley array of storage heaters, and between those and copious hot drinks we survived. My bedroom is almost too warm, but the internet is not penetrating that far this evening, so I'm typing this in the chilly ground-floor lobby.

I got almost no sleep last night, probably due to a combination of having caught up on my sleep without shifting the phase-delay part of the jet lag and a glass of chianti and cup of cappuccino with dinner. Maybe I'll do better tonight, but I need to try to get a little work done first, now that my workstation back in Tucson is talking to me again.

I've been using LJArchive regularly, so if anything happens before I get home I'm mostly covered.
