ellarien... except that I have to go back in a month to retake the visual field test. Not sure what's going on with that -- maybe I was just too tired.
I have new glasses, with a stronger reading prescription. I zeroed in on frames that looked exactly right for me -- only to realize when I got them home that they're actually identical to the ones I had the year before last! At least my tastes are consistent. The intervening pair, which I picked because they were the only ones in the store I didn't actively dislike, were the most boring frames imaginable, generic glasses-shape in plain clear plastic like a more refined version of the 1970s NHS style.
