This was a mixed sort of day. Fun things included more turtle-watching, and using a pinhole in a sheet of paper to observe the partial solar eclipse on the steps outside my workplace. Less fun things were a coffee-induced keyboard malfunction on my work computer, and getting groceries but forgetting milk and canned fruit. The loaner replacement keyboard, though the same make and model as the other one, has a much softer touch, which I prefer, but it's beige rather than black, so doesn't match the rest of the ensemble. Also in the not-fun category was news that I will be making an unanticipated trip at the beginning of May.
