The eager young hibiscus bushes were doing well this week, and yesterday I had some fun with them.

Great Macro! There are similar varieties of Hibiscus also in Sri Lanka. I took this one on my last trip...

The pollon's colour in your shot contrasts well with the main flower!

Thanks! I love these flowers, and I'm very glad the new bushes on the campus (replacements for the ones that died in last winter's unusually hard frosts) are thriving.
