I distinctly remember signing the new lease (to start 1st January) at the end of October, before I left for Boulder. Now, however, the management is leaving notes on my door claiming they haven't heard from me and I'll be put on month-to-month (which is quite a bit more expensive.)

And can I find my copy of the new lease?

Of course not.
