The campus hibiscus pretty much all died in the January frosts, and I've missed them; the replacements they tried just at the beginning of the hot weather didn't take. Now half-a-dozen new bushes, in full if slightly tattered bloom, have been planted under the orchid tree behind the Education building. I hope they make it.
