Counterproductive?
Feb. 21st, 2007 08:31 pmThey're testing the emergency alert broadcast system this evening. It must be a new one; it is so loud and obnoxious that my immediate reaction is to mute the TV so I can follow my show through the subtitles. This strikes me as potentially a bad thing.
