ellarienI was just sitting here, thinking about going to bed, and heard an odd noise from the coffee table at my elbow. A bit of investigation revealed that there's water coming through the ceiling. Only a few drops, and the rain seems to have slacked off for now, but this is definitely Not Good. Particularly as the Management went to great trouble and expense getting all the roofs fixed this summer, and mine has never leaked before. A colleague who lived in the same complex eventually moved out because of intractable leaks, but I've been here seven years, just signed another year's lease, and I don't want to have to move.
