My camera's a Sony Cyber-shot P73 -- 4Mp, 3x optical zoom, and it has a 'macro' mode for closeups, and a bunch of adjustments I don't usually fuss with. It's not professional quality, but better than the sort that come in hang-up bubble-packs from Walmart. It's small and light enough to carry around, goes a couple of weeks on one battery charge (and will use AA alkaline batteries in pinch), and stores the pictures on Memory Sticks, which are conveniently compatible with my Sony laptop. I'm very happy with it, though there are times when more telephoto would be nice.
Mission Statement
Reading, writing, plant photography, and the small details of my life, with digressions into science and computing.
