The center-right pile-let consists of books I'm currently bogged down in; the rest are just waiting their turn. Maybe now that I'm done with the year's travel, I'll be able to settle down with hardcovers more often.

I never have a TBR pile... :(

Though, quite often I have a bunch of neglected work I was supposed to do instead of reading. :P

I think I was traumatized by long summer holidays when we only got to the library once or twice a week; I once got the backlog down to under 30 books, but it made me twitch because I had so little choice of what to read next.
