Another day, another conference

I'm in Bozeman, MT, where the streets are full of lilac and cherry blossom and the mountains are white with snow. I am moderately confused about what time it's supposed to be, and my cellphone doesn't work. The hotel wireless internet does, though. It's one of those mysteries of capitalism; cheap hotels have free internet, but expensive ones charge for it.

I seem to have packed one bedroom slipper.
