ellarienI suspect it would be unreasonable of me to complain to the downstairs neighbours about their floor-shaking music in the middle of a holiday afternoon, and at least it isn't as bad as the obscene rap favoured by a previous lot of tenants, but really, I shouldn't need noise-cancelling headphones in my own apartment! It would be nice if they had more than two CDs, too.
