ellarienJust before I left on the latest trip, I received the latest DVD set of Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea -- the first half of Season 2. I watched one of the episodes on Friday night, and one yesterday, and I'm very pleased. Season 1 was B&W, but the rest were in colour; unfortunately, the Season 2 prints that the SciFi Channel used to run had faded badly, so much so that there was one episode they started showing in B&W. The DVDs are crisp and bright and beautiful, and of course uncut, which you'd never get on US TV these days; they run about 50 min an episode!
I want to watch them all right now, but I'll try to ration myself.
