ellarienA large box of books arrived today -- the ones I shipped to myself from England, some of which had been stranded there for four years at least. It's nice to have my sundered series together again: Vlad Taltos; Sharpe; Benjamin January; Jane Lindskold's wolf-girl. I'm not sure, rationally speaking, that it's eighty-odd dollars worth of nice, but there's an irrational part of me that can put up with any amount of chaos if my books are in order. So now I just have to shelve them all; I've already updated the database.
Fall weather -- temperatures in the low 80's -- seems to have arrived at last. I wore a winter-weight skirt and long-sleeved shirt today, and it felt about right.
