ellarien: red beads (beading)
I'm trying to figure out whether I can put together brick-red jasper, green aventurine, and green-and-peach unakite in which both the colors are more muted than in the other two. I don't think it quite works with just those, though the jasper and aventurine look lovely together, but what if I added in some glass leaves, of which I have a whole pack in shades of brownish amber and half a dozen in a green that's several shades lighter than the aventurine but about the same hue? Or maybe I should save the jasper for something else and get some beads that size in orange aventurine or maybe carnelian. Or put the unakite ones with the surplus carnelian and green aventurine chips ...

Decisions, decisions.
