I'm back, tired and brain-fried. It took slightly longer to get from the front door of Dulles aiport to the gate than it did to get from downtown DC to the door, though I could probably have shaved five minutes off it by remembering to chuck out my water bottle before Security.
The Eee worked brilliantly for this trip; it really helps to have a computer I can carry in one hand for travel purposes, and it did everything I needed it to do. The only snag was that either it somehow got turned on in my bag this morning, or I forgot to turn it off when I packed it up; when I got it out for security at the airport I realized it was on, and the battery was getting low, so I didn't get to use it on the plane this evening. Right now, I'm tired enough to be having trouble focusing on the screen, but glad to be home.
