It's getting to the end of the season, but there are still a few barrel cactus blooms around.

In other news, they've renamed my apartment complex. The place has changed hands every year or two since I moved in, but this is the first set of owners/managers to feel the need to change the name, though one of the previous lots went as far as polling the residents on suggested new names. The name (as will be obvious to US readers but perhaps not to UK ones) forms no part of the postal address, but presumably I'll have to make out my rent checks differently in future.
