Friday Flower
Jan. 27th, 2006 08:14 pmI took my 4000th shot with the camera this lunchtime. This weekend also marks the one-year anniversary of buying the camera, as it happens, and I'm beginning to see the same subjects I started with; pansies, colourful barrel cactus flowers; aloes; snapdragons.
The 4000th shot wasn't much good; small white blossoms swaying gently in the breeze, against a building on the shady side of the street, make challenging subjects. I quite like the way the building frames the flowers in this one, which was number 3999.
